Gerstell Academy Visit

Today I had the honor of teaching the 5th grade classes at Gerstell Academy in Finksburg, MD. They had visited Annapolis on March 31st and were able to witness government in action. Their tour of the Capital Building taught them interesting facts about it and Annapolis.

WE THE PEOPLE MEETING

On Tuesday April 13th, I had the opportunity to speak to a group of passionate Tea Party Members at Legends in Westminster. It was an exciting evening with enthusiastic members of the community who love America and who want less government, and no new taxes. It was like a breath of fresh air after spending the past three months in Annapolis. I was happy to meet the many people who think as I do and i am thankful and honored that they allow me to represent them in the State legislature. Michelle Jefferson, who was instrumental in forming this group, announced that Former Bob Ehrlich would be at the Tea Party on April 15th.

Brett Potter Eagle Scout

On Sunday, Mach 28th, I was honored to attend the Eagle Scout Ceremony for Brett Potter at the Sandymount Methodist Church. What a proud day for his family!!! Brett built a patio for special needs students at Shiloh Middle School. The principal and several teachers from Shiloh attended the ceremony. What a tribute to a fine young man.
